Each individual may hold only one (1) phswertr account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact phswertr support immediately.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phswertr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
phswertr is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phswertr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phswertr will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify phswertr support immediately and change your password.
phswertr currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. phswertr reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phswertr account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. phswertr does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phswertr bears no responsibility.
All funds deposited into your phswertr account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phswertr reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected. Deposits made using proceeds of illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Withdrawals are available to verified phswertr accounts only. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process described in Section 3.2. phswertr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Typical processing times are as follows:
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. phswertr is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. phswertr reserves the right to deduct bonus amounts from withdrawal requests where wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
phswertr offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
phswertr employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and any other strategy deemed by phswertr to constitute abuse of its promotional offers. phswertr reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phswertr reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are not available to professional gamblers or those using automated betting strategies.
All phswertr casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not manipulable by phswertr or any third party.
Each game available on the phswertr Platform has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical average return across a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phswertr reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. phswertr is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by phswertr's gaming servers shall be the definitive record of all transactions and game results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact phswertr support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event, providing your account details and the relevant game round ID.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phswertr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the phswertr Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phswertr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phswertr Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phswertr content without prior written consent from phswertr.
Any unauthorized use of phswertr's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond phswertr's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
The phswertr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phswertr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phswertr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phswertr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phswertr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phswertr collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phswertr Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phswertr implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure data storage, and strict internal access controls.
phswertr will not sell your personal data to third parties. phswertr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false information, or any conduct that phswertr reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
Upon termination of your account, phswertr will conduct a final review of your account activity. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and phswertr's AML review procedures. This process may take up to thirty (30) business days.
You may request closure of your phswertr account at any time by contacting phswertr support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of applicable verification procedures.
phswertr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phswertr will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the phswertr Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and phswertr, you agree to first contact phswertr support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phswertr will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
